The villa is located in a olive tree plantage in small village Povlja, on the east coast of the island of Brac 100m far from sea. It was built in 2021, is modernly equipped and has a swimming pool. Villa has 3 bedrooms (16 m2) (each has its own TV and air conditioning) with three luxury toilets (6 m2), all three of which have walk in showers, and one additional bath (9m2) Outside is swimming pool with lovely view, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, outdoor grill and barbecue facillities.

Located in Povlja, around 900m form main promenade with restaurants, bars and beaches, this villa provides you complete privacy surrounded only by pine trees and nature, just 50m from coast and 100m from nearest beach where you will enjoy with crystal clear sea and lovely view on coast and local mountains.
