Beside the room, you will certainly appreciate cosy and inviting feel of the guesthouse terrace which promise delight to all those who enjoy relaxing evenings. The Lanterna rooms also offers you an excellent base to fully discover the inner characteristics of Split city and it's local culture. Hidden behind the impressive Theater building and out of tourist bitten tracks, location offers facilities for both active and relaxing holiday and it is an ideal base for anyone who loves to walk the cities they visit. You will find us on the picturesque square in the magical corner of Split center, just on the edge of the old fisherman settlement Varoš. The location is walking distance to landmarks, museums, cultural events, shopping and anything you may desire. For those who enjoy city buzz, they will find it in popular cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Just a few gentle minutes walk from us, there is imposing UNESCO listed Diocletian palace. On the other side there are miles and miles of hiking, cycling, jogging and climbing forest paths of the Marjan hill, and numerous beaches in the shades of pine trees with some spectacular views as bonus. Public parking and transportation like buses, taxis, and city bikes are easily accessible from the guesthouse. You can find supermarket and green market on site as well as many other facilities.
