Situated in the small village Rakovica, only 8 km from the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, House Zupan is surrounded by green meadows, fruit trees and gardens. The cosy rooms in Zupan House are situated on the first and second floors, and they all have balconies and en suite bathrooms. Every room is equipped with satellite TV and a refrigerator. The large garden includes a playground for children and a barbecue, and there are darts as well as a football pitch and a basketball court. Situated just 300 metres off the D1 motorway, Zupan House provides a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi.
