Only 200 metres from a beach, Falkensteiner Residences Senia is located in a tourist settlement of Punta Skala in Petrčane. It offers two heated outdoor pools and modern-style apartments, each with a furnished balcony. Each apartment is decorated in bright colours and comprises an open-plan living area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen satellite TV. Kitchen amenities include a microwave, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Featuring a shower or a bathtub, private bathrooms also come with floor heating. Guests can relax in the large garden or use the spa facilities of neighbouring Falkensteiner Hotels at a surcharge and upon availability. They are located within 200 metres and offer saunas, steam baths and an indoor pools. Beauty and body treatments are also available. Restaurants and bars can also be found in the Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala, as well as various water sport facilities. The centre of Zadar is 15 km away.
