Villa Regina is located in the settlement of Markovac near Višnjan, a small town in the interior of Istria. This modern villa is designed for 8 guests and offers enough space for privacy but also for socializing. It has 4 bedrooms, a beautifully maintained green garden and a terrace with a pool from which you can admire the view of the surrounding landscape. And even more beautiful - the sunsets. The interior of the villa covers 185 m² and consists of 2 floors - ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor you will find a bright, airy space for relaxing and dining, fully oriented towards the outdoor terrace and the view of the landscape. In the living room you will find a sofa and armchairs for relaxing and enjoying socializing or movie nights. If you want to cook something nice, you will be able to do it in a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all possible appliances and devices. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a large table and 9 chairs. And of course with a view of the outdoor terrace. All rooms are air conditioned. Of the 4 bedrooms that the villa has, 1 is on the ground floor and 3 are on the 1st floor. 2 rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is an additional shared bathroom on the 1st floor. All rooms are spacious, some with double beds and some with single beds. Wi-Fi and SAT TV are available in all rooms. The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, towels, hairdryers and toiletries.

The terrace of Villa Regina is a true oasis of luxury. In addition to the heated saltwater pool (use of the pool with the heating option is a minimum of 7 days), which you can enjoy at any time of day regardless of the temperature, there are several areas for relaxation. Lounge area, dining area, sunbathing area - everything you need for a true vacation in a rural setting. If you want to barbecue, that is also solved - you have a high quality gas grill at your disposal. While staying at the luxurious Villa Regina, the possibilities for exploring Istria are endless.
