Villa Marika is located in the village of Lašići, in the interior of Istria. This modern villa, surrounded by greenery, offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. At your disposal is a spacious interior, an outdoor area for relaxation and, of course, the indispensable heated swimming pool. We believe that 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms will meet all your expectations and give you the privacy you need. The villa is designed to accommodate 6 people. The interior of the villa covers 160 m² and is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by an open plan space consisting of a living room and a kitchen with dining area. The large sofa is ideal for lazy afternoons or movie nights with Netflix (which you can access through your own account), and to make the atmosphere even more pleasant on colder days, you can light a fire in the indoor fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare a variety of meals, and there is also a large refrigerator for storing food. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table next to the kitchen or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. All rooms are air conditioned. Of the 3 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and 2 are on the 1st floor. All rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and equipped with double beds. Each room also has internet access, satellite TV and access to a balcony with a panoramic view of the countryside. All the bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, towels, hairdryer and toiletries.

In the courtyard of Villa Marika you will find several areas for relaxation and dining. On the spacious terrace, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen, there is a table and chairs, ideal for evening get-togethers with wine and good food. You can also use a charcoal grill, next to which there is another seating area. And we haven't forgotten the most important thing - the swimming pool, ideal for refreshment on hot summer days. The pool is heated, so you can enjoy it regardless of the outside temperature. We've done our part, now it's your turn.
