Villa Storia is a beautiful estate located in the hinterland of Sibenik, only 15 km away from the nearest beach. Surrounded by unspoiled nature and close to National Park Krka, it's a place where you will encounter total privacy and finally take a much needed break from the duties of every day life . With its private swimming pool, a basketball court and a children's playground, this pet friendly accommodation provides a peaceful stress-free vacation for 2 families or a group of up to 8 persons. The interior of your newly built holiday home spreads over two floors and features 3 bedrooms, all having access to their own en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a living and dining area with fireplace, as well as an additional toilet. All 3 air conditioned bedrooms with televisions are located on the top floor, where you also have a wonderful balcony which overlooks your swimming pool and the nearby fields. A lovely covered terrace located on the ground floor features a stone barbecue, large dining table and a seating area. From there you have direct access to your amazing private swimming pool and a lovely garden that comes with a basketball court, children's playground with swings, trampoline, table tennis, a bocce ball court, 5 bicycles and much more... Plenty of private parking space is secured for the guests, as well as a fast WiFi connection. - Maximum of 2 well behaved pets are allowed upon request (with a surcharge of 20 EUR/pet per night) payable in cash. - The swimming pool is open from 01/04 until 31/10.

Your house provides a great location too as National Park Krka is reachable in a short 15-minute car drive, same as Nature Park Lake Vrana and the coastal towns of Pirovac and Vodice. Both Zadar and Split are less than an hour away, while Sibenik can be reached in half an hour. This makes villa Storia an ideal base for enjoying Dalmatia's countryside atmosphere while also being able to easily explore the rest of this amazing region.
