This modern holiday home, built in 2019, is located in the idyllic village of Šmrika and can accommodate 6 to 8 people. With an impressive panoramic view of the sea and the island of Krk as well as a spacious swimming pool, it is the perfect retreat for relaxing holidays. On 140 m2, spread over two floors, you will find everything your heart desires. On the ground floor there is a stylish living and dining room with an open kitchen that flows seamlessly into the outdoor area, as well as a bathroom. On the upper floor, three comfortable bedrooms and two further bathrooms invite you to feel good. Two of the bedrooms lead to a balcony with a fantastic view. The outdoor area is a paradise for relaxation and entertainment. A 44 m2 swimming pool with sea views, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue leave nothing to be desired. A pool table, a dartboard and a table tennis table ensure fun and games. The house also has space for up to three vehicles on the property, and pets are welcome at no extra charge. Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a safe, so you are guaranteed a carefree stay.
