Built in 2012, Apartments Stipe offers air-conditioned accommodation units. The guest house is located in Podstrana, just 400 metres from the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the entire building. Each unit comes with a seating area, a flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with a shower. Some units provide a sofa bed, a balcony or a terrace. The apartments feature a kitchen. Guests can relax on the sun terrace or in the garden. Sightseeing tours are organized on request and free private parking is possible at Apartments Stipe. The closest shops and restaurants are a 3-minute walk away. A bus to Split stops 250 metres away. Split’s Old Town is 7 km away and the airport can be reached within a 25-minute drive.
