Our apartment is located in a newly built building in a quiet neighborhood and a green surrounding. The property is less than 1km/14mins walk from the beach "Plaža Stobreč Jug" (see photos) and 1.5km from Duilovo Beach. A 180x200cm King-size Boxspring bed with birdsong in the morning will provide you nights you will never forget. The accommodation has a nice garden, an outdoor grill and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for an enjoyable and carefree stay. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. All rooms have air conditioning, underfloor heating, a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. At the level -1 of the building there is an underground garage with a private parking space and the possibility to charge your electric vehicle with 3,7kW/h. From there you can reach the apartment by the internal entrance and an elevator. Close to the accommodation, only 100 meters away, there is a large LIDL Supermarket and 300m away there is a Konzum hypermarket with bakery, drugstore, hairdresser, pharmacy and coffee bar. Several bus stations in the nearby surroundings offer you the possibility to reach City Center, cultural sights of the city, or the "City Center One" the biggest shopping mall in Dalmatia. Mladeži Park Stadium is 6.6km from the apartment while Diocletian's Palace is 6.3km away. The nearest Airport is Split Airport, 21km from the accommodation.
