The apartment is on the 10th floor, basically brand new inside. Clean, spacious and very nice, fully equipped. Parking is in front of the skyscraper, groceries and bigger shops nearby. The view from the apartment is amazing! You have a spacious room with a king size bed for two people in one room, big wardrobe, clean sheets and towels in every room. In the second room you have one bed, a table and a wardrobe. In the living room you also have a bed for two people(children/adult). In the bathroom you have a shower cabin, bidet, hair dryer, hand soaps, washing machine(I will leave a manual how to use it) and a powder for it(you do not have to buy anything extra). In the kitchen you have a table for 5. Kitchen is fully equipped , I will also apply you with washing powder, salt, pepper, hand towels etc. In the living room you have a satellite TV. The air conditioning is paid 7euros per day and we will agree upon it when you come, if you want it or not. Check in is not before 13.30. and the check out is at 9.30. I would also like you to send me an sms a half an hour before your arrival and departure, so that I could welcome you and give you the apartment key. I live nearby.

In our neighborhood the easiest way to enter(if you are coming with a car) is from the highway, you follow the table where you will see Vežica sign. After you turn right you are 100 m from the skyscraper. The skyscraper number is 41. You have parking places all around and they are available/free. The bus stop which leads you to the center of the city is 30 m from the site, bus number 7. The city center is 3 km. You can walk to the city center as well. It will take you 20 min. You are 500 m away from Trsat, you can google it, it is one of the oldest parts of Rijeka where you have monuments, restaurants, towers, famous place called Vidikovac where you will see the entire city from the above. You also have a famous Planetarium Rijeka, 800 m from the apartment. The beaches where you can go are : Kostrena beach, Pećine, Kantrida. You can also go to Opatija, you have plenty of beaches there. As I said you can go by car (which is the easiest), or you can go by city bus. I recommend you to take a city plan with you, or download it on you mobile phone so you will have no problem with managing. Rijeka is a beautiful, architectural city which will leave you breathless, and you will enjoy it!
