Klimatizirani apartman ima balkon,dvije spavace sobe,unutarnji prostor za sjedanje,TV ravnog ekrana,vanjski prostor za sjedanje te potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s mikrovalnom pecnicom i indukcijskom plocom za kuhanje.Kupaonice sadrze tus,besplatni kozmeticki pribor i susilo za kosu. Gosti mogu posjetiti franjevacki samostan u Dubrovniku udaljen 10km te dubrovacku uspinjacu koja se nalazi na 14km. U sklopu objekta dostupno je besplatno parkiraliste. U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se restoran,trgovina i caffe bar,autobusna stanica je odmah blizu objekta i sam dio je jako dobro povezan s ostatkom grada i samim centrom,autobusne linije prometuju svako pola sata.
