日本「旧市街地に歩いて25分ほどで到達できる、最高の立地。ドゥブロニクのバスターミナルからも、車を使えば4分ほどで到着する。オーナーのお母さんがとても優しくて、笑顔で迎えてくれる。家族経営らしく、部屋の一階部分にオーナー達が住んでいて、困ったことがあったらなんでも相談に乗ってくれた。ガムテープを貸してくれたり、空港までUberしてくれたり！
部屋には、旅に必要なものが揃っていて、シャワージェル、バブル、タオル、リネン、料理器具、食器、ワイングラスも充実していた。
