It's a modern studio ideal for couples or two people. It's situated in the heart of the Old Town of Zadar, on the first floor of a small residential building facing the 12th century church of St. Chrysogonus. The studio is spacious (40m2), with a small but fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable sleeping and sitting area and a functional bathroom with a comfortable shower and modern accessories and fittings. It has a great air conditioning (cooling/heating), high-quality windows and the entrance door providing very good thermal and sound insulation from the outside. There is a 42" flat screen LDE TV with internet and more than 40 channels cable TV. There is a free WI-FI, too. The studio is elegantly and exquisitely designed and furnished.
Everywhere you turn there is a piece of more than 3000 years old history for you to discover. The studio is situated just seconds away from the main promenade Kalelarga. Our promenade, leading to the city green market and the old ferry port, is vivid and busy during the day, but peaceful, calm and safe at night time. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around us and lot of bistros where you can get a decent breakfast. Walking is the best way to get around the Old Town "Poluotok" (Peninsula). The bus stop, the airport shuttle and the taxi are a minute away as well as the harbor from where you can visit our beautiful islands by passenger boats.
