37 Vista Place is a modern, 60 square-meter apartment located on the tenth floor of a centrally located 14-story building. The apartment faces east, providing a beautiful view from its large balcony. The apartment is contemporary decorated featuring a fully decked-up kitchen, comfortable sitting furniture, a 55” TV, A/C, an office with a large work desk and an office chair, a bedroom with a ton of closet space, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and shower and a 10 square meter balcony with a view, where you can sip coffee looking at the morning sun, eat dinner in the afternoon shade or have drinks admiring the nicely lit city scape. The place comes with a free WiFi, coffee and cold welcome drinks to make you feel at home from the moment you walk in.

Dear guests, we want you to feel at home and on your arrival to provide you with a few essentials until you have a chance to go to the store and get what you need. This is why we have provided the coffee, drinks and even snacks so when you get in late at night, all you have to do is rest and when you get up, the coffee is waiting for you. This is hot your home, but we try hard to make you feel like you are in one. I hope you enjoy it!

Osijek is a small town that doesn't feel small because of the way it was built. Its center has all sorts of things you may need, right there, only minutes away, and yet you are in the middle of it! Just walk out and start exploring. Everything from business, administration and government to restaurants, cafe bars, small shops, green market, movie theatre, and even a public library are all just minutes away. At your liesure, take a walk on the promenade through parks, or visit our galleries museums. On hot and steamy days, go to our "Copacabana", dip yourself in the river Drava and experience the fun most of us have after returning from work. There is a lot more to say but everything is short of seeing it yourself so get out and start exploring! Parking is free only from 8PM-7AM, on the weekends (on Saturday from 3 PM) and holidays. Any place you see blue lined you have to pay. Paying parking can be done conveniently using text messaging. If street parking is not available, a parking garage is also just a few minutes away from the apartment.
