Set in an elevated position just a short distance from the lovely Xigia beach, Villa Segounia offers the most astounding sea views from all areas of the house and terraces. The elevated driveway leads directly off the coastal road and there is a local taverna just a short walk away, as is the beach which is an uphill climb on the last approach to the villa. A very large paved terrace houses the pool, barbecue area with plenty of space for sunbathing and sitting. The interior is modern and laid out over two floors, ideal for a family. There are two shower rooms to serve the three bedrooms, all on the upper level and a guest WC on the ground floor. Xigia beach is just a short walk away with its mesmerising blue waters. If you wish to venture out you are approximately a 25 minute drive from the famous Shipwreck Bay. From here you can take a look down over the cove and see the famous shipwreck. *Complimentary Pool Towels Included. Mobility Statement This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path along with 4 steps. The front door has a width of 60cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors which are 120cm wide. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 15 steps to the first floor. The kitchen/dining area/lounge area are all open-plan. Important Information During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight.
