White houses are located near the sandy beach and on the north coast (more fresh than south) have a wonderful view allover the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos.
The owners lives in the same property and take care of their guests. Each house has a name of the greek Mythology (Phaeton, Prometheus, Princess Europe, Calypso and Nausicaa), and a cultural booklet about each , has been realised. There is also a booklet with suggestions of itineraries to do on the island and also on the other islands around.
Watersport activities (paddle,windsurf,catamaran, kitesurf) at Horizon Beach Resort and tennis. Yoga Center next to Tam Tam .Diving center at the harbour of Kardamena. Horse riding center in Amaniou (8km). The island is very green , has no problem of water and is well ventilated. The city of Kos is a real archeologic area till the Asclepeion site. Diversified landscapes from the seaside to the mountain of Dikeos (846m), from the long sandbeaches of Kefalos to the very wild end part of the island (Aghios Ioannis) are nice excursions for every day. Escape to the other islands of Kalymnos (island of the spongers), Nyssiros (island of the vulcano), Bodrum (the little St Tropez of the turkish coast). Symi, Rhodos and Patmos can be reached by high speed catamarans (Have to overnight).
