Konstantinos & I are delighted to welcome you to our villa 'Iceberg', we are a young family with 4 children, we live nearby to the villa and will be available for you during your holiday here in Kalamaki.

Villa Iceberg in Kalamaki, open plan living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious garden with private swimming pool. The interior living space is open plan and it is decorated in earthy colours with comfortable furniture. In the living room there is a fireplace to keep you company on winter & autumn days. The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen. The Villa is a 2-floor house and consists of 4 bedrooms. 1 double bedroom on ground floor. 1 double bedroom on 1st floor. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds also in the 1st floor. There are also 2 bathrooms, one in the first floor and one in the ground floor. In the one there is also a hydro-massage cubicle. All the balconies of the villa have a view of the swimming pool and are equipped with outdoor wooden furniture. The swimming pool is private (3x5m) and next to it there are also sun lounges & BBQ facilities.
The villa has A/C, Wifi and TV is also provided.
There is a garage area you can use.
There are available baby cot and high-chair upon request.
Villa is located in a 300m² plot, is totally private and it is surrounded by a wall.

The Villa is located just 20 meters away from the beautiful sandy beach of Kalamaki, and just some kilometers away from sandy beach of Komos, Matala and Red Beach. Shopping facilities, restaurants and etc are within walking distance. Kalamaki is just 65 km from Heraklion Kazantzakis Airport and 2 hours drive from Chania Airport
