My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. I have the full management of all the villas that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. Green Mare Villa is conveniently situated only 2 km away from the long sandy beach of Rethymno and near Stavromenos and Sfakaki with shops and markets, while at the same time it offers full privacy to our guests and a variety of facilities for the whole family. Green Mare is a beautiful, 240 m², stone built villa of superior design and construction quality. Furnished in a modern and minimal style, the two-storey villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. The outdoor area of Green Mare Villa offers many facilities and spots for relaxation, surrounded by trees and flowers. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests. More specifically our outdoor facilities include: - 58 sq.m swimming pool with a separate shallow compartment for young children. - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with an outdoor sink. - Outdoor dining area under the pergola. - Many organised furnished spots (sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor sofas and daybed) for relaxing in the balconies, the veranda and the gardens around the villa. - Lawn covered areas for children to play and playground. - Two bicycles are also provided. - Parking area (the only shared spot with the other Villa, otherwise the villas are designed to offer full privacy between them). -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The location of the villas is perfect as it is only 2 km away from the beach and living areas such as Sfakaki and Stavromenos where you can find big supermarkets, bakeries and taverns. Also in a distance of 5 minutes drive away from the villas you will find the beach front areas of Adelianos Kampos and Platanias which are two very well known tourist areas with many hotels, shops, big markets, bars, night clubs, restaurants and organised beach bars! Furthermore Rethymno city is only 12 km away. Having our villas as a base you can also explore central Crete, not only the beaches in the North coast but also the unique and historical sightseeings of the island. The whole surrounding area is in a quiet natural environment and even though the living areas are close, you can feel “away from it all”. Staying in our villa will give you not only the advantage of relaxing in a quiet private area but also be close to everything.
