The Villa Εν Πλω (means 'at sea') is located on the left side of Groikos bay, its location is idyllic and its view is truly magnificent. As its name suggests, it is like the villa is in the sea, as it is less than one meter from the beach. It has an area of 110 square meters. It was built with the original purpose of hosting the family. Stefanos and Katerina, the owners, built the villa in order to be fully harmonized with the environment of Groikos bay and the sea. Most of the furniture is handmade fromStefanos, with wood he has found over the years at sea.

Chrysa, daughter of Stefanos and Katerina, together with her brother Michalis, manages the pages and bookings. Stefanos is a mathematician, Katerina is a philologist, Chrysa is a biologist and embryologist, and Michalis is an agronomist. The whole family lives permanently on Patmos, enjoys hosting people who want to get to know the island of Patmos. Their purpose is to make them love it and at some point come back.

The coastal settlement of Grikos with its magical bay, has been identified and integrated in the world’s most beautiful bays by the Organisation “The most beautiful bay in the world” which is universally recognised and is supported by UNESCO. Villa Εν Πλω offers a view of the mysterious rock of "Kallikatsos" that hosted hermits for many centuries. The square, two minutes away on foot, offers romantic views of colorful fishing boats and small taverns offering traditional food throughout the day. To the left of the villa there are secluded 'private' beaches, while to the right there are beaches with sunbeds or many shady trees, making grikos a ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Grikos is connected to all parts of the island by regular buses and taxis or old paths that lead to Chora and Skala.
