Annaliz is a new Architect who lives in Corfu and Athens. The villa is in the owner of his family from 1517 and his father Periklis a well known architect who already has constructed three other luxury villas in the surrounding area of Venetian villa of San Marco, made the villa a luxury place for special holidays and anniversaries.

The house was build in 1517 restored in 2006 and 2008 is faced to the sun for more than 14 hours a day, in a huge olice grove with a spectacular view to the sea, with hundreds of birds around to wake you up in the morning, having their bath next to you in beatuiful private pool...

Villa Domenicale is in the northeast of Corfu, which happens to be the most beautiful part of the whole island. Alongside the coast you can find breathtaking beaches which offer you great nightlife and boat rental.
