Located in a secluded position at the end of a short road, Villa Dalmatia offers guests a magnificent 180 degree uninterrupted south facing view of the Ionian sea, the island of Zakynthos, Mount Aenos, and the pretty multi-coloured dwellings of the village of Klismata. The villa sits on an elevated plot above a valley of olive trees, and every bedroom has a south facing sea view. The master and twin bedrooms on the first floor have private balconies, and en-suite shower rooms, whilst the ground floor double bedroom leads out to the pool patio, and has an adjacent shower room. A large roof terrace can be accessed by both the master bedroom, and via an external staircase that leads up from the garden below. The spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining room faces south, with views across the pool and out to the sea beyond. Private parking for two cars with gates. The garden offers privacy to enjoy the pool and view, and the roof terrace is an ideal space to take in the sunrise over the mountain, or while away the evenings star gazing and watching the twinkling lights of the island of Zakynthos.

We also have a local Property manager, with many years experience working with private villas on this island to assist with the more day to day running. Klismata is traditional village in the south west of the island, around a 15 minute car or taxi ride from the airport (7.5 km). It sits in a quiet elevated position. The location means you are ideally situated to enjoy the beautiful beaches close by, including those at Spartia (2.1 km), Avithos (3.2 km), St Thomas (6.8 km), Trapezaki (7.6 km) and of course Paliolinos at Klismata (1.9 km), plus more.................. It's a short walk to the village mini-market at 'Green Corner', where the family also operate 'The Olive Square' for locals to enjoy daytime refreshments and drinks or souvlaki in the evenings. Avithos beach is host to two taverna, Enetiko and Preview, and is the home of the Sarris Winery. The neighbouring village of Spartia has 2 mini-markets and two cafes in it's charming square, and a choice of tavernas. The popular Elaionas restaurant, set in a beautiful gardens, is just 2 km away. The Castle of St George is 5.6 km away, and there you will find two restaurants, Il Borgo and The Olive Lounge, and the well loved daytime Kastro cafe. The Leivatho area offers holiday guests a wide choice of restaurants, and the capital town of Argostoli is just 11 km away.
