We are a very hospitable and welcoming family, loving meeting new people and having a good conversation and laugh together. We love the simple things in life, such as swimming, music, dancing, travelling, good food, a great cup of coffee, being in great company, with our friends, and in connection with nature. We will always be at your disposal if you need anything, as we love being helpful, and we will make sure that you will have an enjoyable experience. Additionally, because of the recent pandemic, we will take all the necessary measures as host to keep you protected against it (masks, antiseptic soap and gloves) and always keep you informed about the regulations of the state. The Villa itself is a safe place,from that point of view, because of its isolated location and along with the privacy that the Kissamos bay provides in front of the Villa, gives the opportunity you of having the best vacations avoiding crowded places within an area of at least 1,5-2 km.

Villa Allegra is a beautiful two storey building, elegantly decorated, offering a peaceful, relaxing and warm interior. What makes the place unique is its connection with its natural surroundings and the privacy it offers, but not excluded at the same time. It is positioned in the middle of the Kissamos bay, embraced by the two capes Gramvousa and Spatha, 100 m from the beach, and accompanied by the Tyflos river on the west side of the villa, behind bamboo trees, considered a natural habitat with rare birds flying throughout the seasons, providing even the most demanding visitor with breathtaking views from every side. On the ground floor, the visitor can find in an open plan arrangement, a fully fitted kitchen with its pantry, a dining area, the living room with its beautiful fireplace, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Going up to the first floor, one can find a double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, a round terrace, a twin bedroom, a big bathroom and another double bedroom. All the bedrooms benefit from balconies and air conditioning. The most amazing experience on the property, can be on a fullmooon night, where the space is beautifly lit up as if it was daylight!

The neighbourhood is called Kokkino Metochi, governed by beautiful views and can be found close to the highway. There are small towns close to the area, such as Drapanias, Kaloudiana and the city of Kissamos (5 mins by car), where you can buy your essential groceries and enjoy a bit of nightilfe and good food at the local tavernas. The closest pharmacy can be located on the highway 3 mins away from the villa by car, in an hour of need. If you have the adveture bug in you, and like to discover the natural beauties of a place, renting a car is ideal, as riding the highway, you can visit places of unbelievable beauty, such as Falassarna(15 min by car), the Balos Lagoon, Elafonisi a bit further away, and much more with great easyness.
