I love hosting and meeting new people. I can help guests book a car from the airport to the port of Lavrio, I can help by booking their ferry boat tickets. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats a day going to and from the island, but unfortunately the ferry boat companies do not release the times of the boats till about the end of March.
I can also help by renting a car on the island for guests. I do not charge a fee for any of the above. I can also give tips on restaurants, places to visit etc., I can also arrange for a pre stocked fridge if guests wish.

The "Charming waterfront retreat", is located in the area of Otzia and is on the waterfront with 60 steps leading to a small private bay. The property offers an amazing panoramic sea view and is ideal for a large family or a group of friends as it sleeps 14 people in total.
The villa and the outside area have been tastefully designed and decorated giving the property a unique character of its own.
The villa has a large terrace facing the sea with a swimming pool, 2 large seating areas with sofas, a large dining table for 14 people & a bar. The ideal place to sit, relax and enjoy the view. At the back of the villa is a second large terrace with a BBQ and a third seating area . The main house: The villa has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen, all with large balcony doors offering sea views. The main house also has a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The 2nd bedroom has two single beds & 2 sofa beds for another 2 people as well as an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed & a sofa bed & an en-suite bathroom. Guest house, a living room, kitchen 2 bedrooms with double beds & 2 bathrooms. Ceiling fans and A/C in all bedrooms.
PLEASE NOTE: Professional filming and photography is not allowed. Full nudity is not allowed. No diving in the pool.

Near the house are two Taverns, maximum 8 minutes by foot. The beach of Otzia has an organized section, with umbrellas and sunbeds about 300 meters from the house.
5 minutes by car is the picturesque marina of Vourkari, with its well known restaurants, bars and cafes. For those that like scuba diving, at Vourkari there is a scuba diving office that you can arrange dives. The main town of Ioulida is well worth a visit, with its cobbled streets, no cars are allowed in the town. Koundouros in the south of the island & has water sports.
