As well as designing and building villas I am kept busy looking after my 4 children.I came here on holiday a few years ago and fell in love with this stunning island. As with all the villas in the Asteri collection special focus has been given to families with young children. The villa comes fully stocked with many baby supplies such as monitors, pool alarm, bottle warmers and sterilisers. Families are made very welcome and very well catered for. Our amazon TV, wifi and hammocks keeps the teenagers happy and our proximity to the beach appeals to all. Maia is a very special summer retreat. Maia is a stunning new villa in an amazing location. This gem of a villa is within walking distance of the Peligoni club and the beautiful port of Agios Nikolias yet is both peaceful and private with incredible sea views. Here you will find a well-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV and DVD player along with a selection of DVDs, games and books. Outside Maia has been professionally designed and beautifully landscaped. Here you will find a stylish covered outdoor dining area and luxurious day bed. The outdoor cooking area with it’s traditional Greek BBQ is a great space to cook up some local Souvlaki while the elegant pool terrace with it’s covered sunbed pergola frames a beautiful 40sqm pool and jacuzzi.

The villas are nestled between Olive Groves and Cypress trees and have incredible views over the sparkling Ionian Ocean. Here our guest prefer to enjoy long lunches in unspoilt, traditional taverns, swim in the crystal clear ocean and enjoy the peace and tranquility. We are within walking distance to the little port of Agios Nikolias where you can catch a ferry to Kefalonia or a boat trip to the famous shipwreck beach.
