The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 minutes on foot from the beach and 30 meters from a supermarket, pharmacy, café, and an organic products shop! Athens is just 30 minutes away for a quick visit to the Acropolis or the historic center. The Athens International Airport is about 20-25 kilometers from Vouliagmeni. By car, the drive time is around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
