Spileo House Luxury Studio Apartment is a spacious fully-equipped accommodation on the ground floor of a three storey building with a veranda overlooking the private pool, the surrounding tree-covered hillside and the crystal clear water of the Ionian Sea. The interior is open-plan with sleeping area, dining and sitting area, fully fitted modern kitchen with a full range of appliances and a modern bathroom including a hairdryer. Free WiFi, air-conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, a wall-mounted safe and protective nets over balcony doors complete the comforts. Linen is changed every third day and not only bathroom towels but also towels for guests' use by the pool are provided. The property offers not only a pristine pool with sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge but also a relaxing BBQ area, off-road private parking and complete security in a gated property. While Spileo House is in a tranquil secluded location far from noise and traffic, at the same time, it is conveniently located to the popular tourist resort of Messonghi with its full range of facilities and amenities. A free ironing facility is provided. Please note that accommodation size and layout may vary.
