Beautifully furnished with all mod cons and plenty of different spaces inside and out to relax, sun-bathe, play pétanque, soak in the hot tub, sling a hammock and enjoy the sunset view or the private garden and vineyard. 5 mins drive from the beautiful port of Parikia with its shops, bars, restaurants & cafes. This is a typical Cycladic home by the sea with extras like a completely modern interior design, well appointed kitchen, decor with a Turkish twist, an outdoor hot tub to relax in and wonderful variety of spaces to enjoy with the family or friends. The front garden has a pétanque court and herb garden, the back garden has a private terrace with dining area for ten, an orchard and a vineyard. The large swimming pool has a jacuzzi and looks over the ocean. The house faces west for sunsets and north towards Parikia where you can watch the boats come and go into the harbour and enjoy the twinkling lights in the evening. Bliss!

Myself and my family fell in love with the island and then this house. It's perfect for families (we have two young children) as the area is far from big roads. The kids spend the day hopping between the hot tub, the shared swimming pool and the surrounding fields and coves, while we enjoy reading, cooking and, most of all, eating ;) A daily walk down to the beach is obviously a must too! The villa is located on a quiet and beautiful headland that overlooks Parasporos bay and Parikia beyond. You can sit on the terrace and watch the boats coming to and from Parikia. A 5-10 minute walk down to the beach of Parasporos reveals one of the best beaches on Paros. Beautiful fine white golden sand on a long bay with two-three high class tavernas that act as cafes during the day and restaurant/bars at night. The bay faces west so you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every day. The bay is protected and perfect for families. A five minute walk away there is Paros tennis club where you can hire a court or get tennis lessons, in the summer there are often tennis training courses for kids. There is a convenience store and delicatessen five minutes walk away and a large supermarket and all the shops, bars and cafes of Parikia five minutes drive away. Getting around You can walk to the beach, the tennis club and the convenience store. Anywhere else you could bicycle, scooter or drive. Parikia has multiple hire vehicle options. Finally there is also a bus stop three minutes walk away that takes five minutes to get into Parikia and also goes around the island.
