It was built and finished to a high standard and is traditionally designed, throughout, with much attention to detail. Outside there are a private yard and balcony, overlooking the Lybian Sea with a BBQ and a dining area, to enjoy alfresco dining. The magnificent outdoor swimming pool, which combined with the perfect sea view, will keep you there the whole day. The luxury combined with the ultimate privacy offers an unforgettable stay and a unique experience.

Neighbourhood information

"Rozites Luxury Beachfront Villa" is located in the south of Rethymno in the traditional settlement of Kerame village. It is just 3Κm from the village, but so far enough away from “civilization” to be peaceful and the same time quiet. The beach at your feet with crystal clear waters complete this fantastic scenery. Agia Fotini tavern is just 5-min walk away, as well as many amazing beaches with crystal clear waters. The village Kerames is located 49 km south of Rethymno, close to the village Agalianos. The shore south of the village hosts many beautiful beaches, with the most famous being the beaches of Akoumiani Gialia (Ligres, Triopetra and Agios Pavlos sandhills). The beachfront north of Akoumiani Gialia is called Keramiani Gialia, meaning Kerames Beach, named after the nearby village.
