Roustika 4 Seasons is a three-storey home, covering 180 sq.m situated in the picturesque traditional village of Rousitka. Here guests can admire the narrow streets, the architectural style of the centuries old buildings as well as enjoy nature walks amongst the abundant vegetation. To make your stay even more memorable, the owner of the Villa, being a local professional musician, offers a complimentary music night to the guests. The villa is centrally located in the prefecture of Rethymno with easy access to the north and south coast beaches of the island. The four bedroom villa is wheelchair accessible and provides the amenities for a self catered holiday and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in beds. The outdoor facilities include: - 25 m2 private swimming pool (1,00 - 1,40 m deep)
. - Gas barbecue. - Outdoor dining area by barbecue for 8 guests. - Outdoor shower, sun beds and umbrellas by pool area. - Outdoor parking space for one car. - The outdoor area is fenced, offering privacy to our guests. The two nearby houses around the villa are closed and uninhabited. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is situated in the picturesque traditional village of Roustika which is well known for it’s Venetian architecture. Here guests can admire the narrow streets, the architectural style of the centuries old buildings. Roustika is an ideal location for nature walks through superb gorges of abundant vegetation. There are some excellent short routes all of which are of unique natural beauty. It is also home to a famous historic monastery and a Byzantine church. The museum of traditional costumes, where costumes from all over Greece are exhibited and the cultural center Anestis and Manolis Anagnostakis are located in Roustika. During the summer, many traditional festivals take place in the nearby areas. Our guests have the opportunity to experience traditional Cretan music and dancing. Within walking distance from the villa there is a traditional mini market and taverna. In the other nearby villages you will find a bakery, a butcher, supermarket, pharmacies and more Greek tavernas.
