Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Rosemary is a fantastic 105 sqm.m. villa in a 3000 private fenced plot located 15km from Rethymno town, just 1 km from the beach, and within a walking distance to local cafes and traditional taverns. The plot is fully planted with olive trees, lawn areas, and a big variety of fruit trees, vegetables, and herb plants, all at your disposal to take and use in your meals. The villa has 2 bedrooms. A double bed bedroom on the ground floor and two single beds on the first floor. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms (the first-floor bathtub has water jets), a large living room with a huge satellite TV set, sofas, a dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan modern kitchen. There are shaded patio areas, a terrace, and a balcony with views of the surrounding area. On the exteriors, there are many trees, plants, big lawn areas, various exterior furniture, and a huge 85 sq.m. private swimming pool with an attached children's pool. Near the pool, there are shaded areas with quality sunbeds, while inside the pool there are build-in islands with more sunbeds.

The area is beautiful, with many olive groves, quiet and serene, while in just 1km there is a sandy beach, and various cafes, local taverns, and restaurants.Prinos belongs to the municipality of Arkadi and is situated 15 kilometres from Rethymnon City. Prinos is a small village with about 200 inhabitants. There are some Byzantine churches and a memorial museum of the Second World War. However, the most attractive aspect of this area is the 12 km long sandy beach that stretches from the rocks of Skaleta to the Venetian port of Rethymnon. This beach is one of the most important refuges of the careta-careta turtle. 1000 meters from Prinos is Scaleta, where you can swim and you will find here a mini market,taverns and several shops.
