Right in the heart of Pythagoreio a fully renovated traditional maisonette (2 floors). With the market, restaurants, shops and beach about 2 minutes on foot, our house is an ideal solution for holidays, or business in the town. The house itself was renovated "to the ground" so it's like staying in a brand new place with anything you might need.
Inside you will find a 40 inch Smart TV with Netflix access as well as Satellite TV on ASTRA satellite for all free to air European TV channels.
We are a family with two children living in Thessaloniki. Unfortunately we can't use our house more often so we are giving it so more people can have a pleasant vacation in Samos
The neighborhood is very quiet with families living nearby. Nevertheless it is only 5 minutes away from the town center(on foot) and from the port.
Public transportation is only 5 minutes away on foot and there is a free parking area right near the house
