Large fenced garden with lawn that embraces the pool, fruit trees that offer summer fruits to our guests, complete security and privacy, almost private beach, quiet and seclusion from prying eyes.

It is well-known that the people of Zakynthos have been distinguished for their hospitality for a long time. Therefore, as we love our guests, we want them to have a great time at our villa. We have taken great care to create an exceptional space with a lot of love and elegance that offers a great sense of joy to our guests when we welcome them ... we really feel their pleasant surprise and we are very happy about it!!! But that is not all what we are looking for... offering a beautiful place is great, but what we care for is something else ... we want this place to be pleasant, but also to be vivid… and that's only achieved through human contact. Always respecting their privacy, we come very close to our guests to treat them well by cooking for them traditional Zakynthian food and sweets, kneading fresh bread, informing them about the places they should visit and helping them to get to know our place and its culture... In this way we create life relationships that remain and are not lost in the long run. And our best reward for all this is that our guests choose us again and again and recommend us to their loved ones.

Our neighborhood… our neighbors are olive trees, pines, lemons and oranges as well as the endless sea; leaving the gate of the house you will find some taverns, a mini market that has everything, as well a few houses (although touristic, it has been declared a marine park thanks to the sea-turtle). So, fortunately due to the very small construction, we still call Koukla Beach in Lithakia (as it is written on the map) "Paradise" - our own Paradise!!!
