Indoor facilities Rastoni Villa is a two-story villa consisting of four bedrooms, three of them on the first floor, all with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds (that can be converted into a king size upon request in advance) and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom & the bathroom on the ground floor are suitable for guests with mobility needs. On the ground floor, there is a shared bathroom with a hydromassage suitable for all the guests. Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a 55’’ smart Satellite TV and a fireplace. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. Outdoor facilities The swimming pool with a child session and the lounge space with a fireplace make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area is a well-organized barbecue area with a dining table for 8 guests and a gas BBQ. A parking space for 5 cars is available for all the guests. ***One of the bedrooms features a sofa that can be converted to a sofa bed and can host an extra 9th guest upon request at an additional cost. ***Heated Pool Policy (Available only starting from 28/3/2026) The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request three days' advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.
