The house is the embodiment of rustic charm and artisanal craft. The stone hedges and exteriors give the place a cooling effect. The homey interiors, with the tasteful furnishings and traditional art pieces mirror the spirit of the island. The beautiful house developed in three floors, can comfortably house up to 6 adults (plus 1 infant/small child). On the ground floor, there is a living room, an open plan kitchen and a guest WC. The pool and garden can be accessed through this floor. The first floor features a master bedroom complete with en suite bathroom, large closets and a private balcony with sea-views. The lower level has a twin and a double bedroom with an attached playroom (that can sleep an infant/small child, upon request). The two bedrooms of the lower level share a bathroom and a laundry area. Outdoor space of the private backyard includes the swimming pool (7,5 m. x 3,5 m.) & a pergola covered seating area. Plants and lawn parts surround the yard, while there is a beautiful outdoor dining area as well. Our person will welcome you, either at the port of Aegina to escort (not transfer you) to the house, or directly at the house. She will then show you around, answer to any question you may have and provide you with the keys. She will also be at your disposal throughout your stay to receive any emergency calls from your side and suggest places of interest on the island. On the check-out date, she will meet you at the time of your check-out (there will be a prior communication on the exact time), so as to make a fast walk through at the house, receive the keys and say goodbye.

Pierre House is located in a tranquil spot, close (1 km. / 2 min. drive) to all wished amenities (seafood restaurants, cafes/bars, bakery, grocery store, swimming spots) of Perdika village. The house is part of a 3-house stone-built fenced complex. All 3 houses have their own private outdoor areas/pools/parking spaces.
