Penthe Manor House is set in 560 m2 outdoor area with a 35m2 private swimming pool (1,40 metres deep) .The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! Electric BBQ facilities are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area with a pergola. Penthe Manor House offer four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 adults and 2 children. (The two children can be accommodated in two folding beds, in the area where the Pool table is located.) Penthe Manor House is located in Koumoi which is a small village of the prefecture of Rethymno, 18 km southwest of the city of Rethymno. Guests will find a traditional cafe with Cretan “meze” delicacies within 400 metres walking distance. Locations near Koumi include the Settlement of Fotinos and the Settlement of Kato Malakio, as well as Kastellos, where a traditional taverna can be found and Armenoi. In Armenoi village, within just 10 minutes driving, guests can find tavernas, a bakery, a gas station, pharmacy, ATM machine and super market. The old town of Rethymno and its long sandy beach are 18 Km away. In Rethymno you can find a wide selections of stores, tavernas, restaurants, bars and enjoy shopping traditional products! The closest sandy beach, Gerani, is located 18 Km away, (approximately 20 minutes driving) through a lovely scenic route. The waters are almost always calm, as there is a small bay. Beautiful scenery with impressive rocks above the beach, a small church and a taverna!
