Είναι ιδανική για διακοπές με φίλους και την οικογένεια! H Olvini Villa είναι μια πολυτελής 3όροφη βίλα 230μ2, χτισμένη σε μια έκταση 2000μ2 και περιλαμβάνει, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, μεγάλο κήπο με γρασίδι, ελαιόδεντρα και 45μ2 πισίνα για ενήλικες και 5μ2 για παιδιά, η οποία μπορεί να θερμανθεί με ένα εξτρα κόστος. Ο προσεκτικά σχεδιασμένος κήπος και η γαλάζια πισίνα με τις άνετες ξαπλώστρες, ταιριάζουν απόλυτα με το περιβάλλον και δίνουν μια αίσθηση γαλήνης και αρμονίας. Αρκετά από τα εσωτερικά έπιπλα είναι χειροποίητα από κρητικούς τεχνίτες, αυτή η ιδιαίτερη εσωτερική διακόσμηση σε συνδυασμό με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις μιας πολυτελούς βίλας, προσφέρει μια ποιοτική διαμονή στους επισκέπτες μας και τους κάνει να νιώθουν ευπρόσδεκτοι! Μπαίνοντας απ την κεντρική είσοδο βρίσκετε ένα άνετο σαλόνι με τζάκι, τραπεζαρία, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, WC, 3 μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια το καθένα με δικό του μπάνιο και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην πισίνα και τα Λευκά Όρη. Στον κάτω όροφο δίπλα στην πισίνα υπάρχει ένα όμορφο σαλόνι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, μπάνιο, 2 άνετα υπνοδωμάτια και μια μεγάλη βεράντα διπλα στην πισίνα με κτιστή ψησταριά για μπάρμπεκιου.

Η βίλα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής απο το κέντρο του χωριού Γαλατάς όπου μπορείτε να επισκεφθείτε το Μουσείο Γαλατά (έκθεση από τη Μάχη της Κρήτης το1941) και το Οικογενειακό σπίτι του διάσημου Έλληνα συνθέτη Μίκη Θεοδωράκη. Επιπλέον μπορείτε να βρείτε ταβέρνες και καταστήματα, καλύπτοντας τις καθημερινές σας ανάγκες. Ο Γαλατάς βρίσκεται σε μια ιδιαίτερα πλεονεκτική τοποθεσία στην ευρύτερη περιοχή των Χανίων, καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, στο παλιό ενετικό λιμάνι και στις πιο διάσημες αμμώδεις παραλίες όπως Καλαμάκι, Χρυσή Ακτή, Aγίους Αποστόλους κτλ. Επίσης είναι ιδανική τοποθεσία για όσους επιθυμούν να εξερευνήσουν το νησί καθώς απέχει λίγα λεπτά από την Εθνική Οδό η οποία οδηγεί σε φημισμένες παραλίες όπως το Ελαφονήσι, το Μπάλο, τα Φαλάσαρνα, καθώς και το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς και φυσικά τις άλλες μεγάλες πόλεις της Κρήτης (Ρέθυμνο, Ηράκλειο, Άγιος Νικόλαος, Ιεράπετρα και Σητεία).
