Our appartments are in Akrotiri and are 15 minutes away from the sea,the city of Chania, the airport, the port and the National road to Rethymnon, Herakleion or Kissamos. Perfect for alternative, family and couple vacation, while the small distance from the cosmopolitan city, makes it perfect for a group of friends as well. A compeletely equiped, sunny appartment and a cozy studio, parts of a bigger house in a private area of four acres which communicates with nature, offers joy, peace and quite, as well as a wonderful view. The building is secluded on top of a rock, and the apartments are right under the house where our family lives, in a private area full of olive and other trees, shrubs, herbs and wildflowers of the local flora. Located at the base of the building, on a sloping hillside rock facing Souda Bay. To reach the apartments, we go through a private small street 70 meters long that leads to a spacious parking lot where we can reach the staircases that leads to the apartments, surrounded by blooming, fragrant flowers

I'm a journalist, a chartographer and tourist map publisher. I'm an expert in tourist information about Chania area. I'm also a musician, a songwriter and i make musical instruments using recycled and organic materials for kids and grownups. We are a four member urban family, we live in the same building. You may not have any contact or you may hang out with us on our free time and participate in our most enjoyable activities (which usually include gardening, playing in the garden, singing and manufacturing musical instruments). You can meet us at the parking lot or in our yard and exchange a "hello". But you may call us if you need anything (respecting quiet hours) inccluding information or suggestions for your excursions in Chania.

Our neighborhood consists of houses which are inhabitted by families, in areas of 4 acres full of olive trees. The place where we are located (Akrotiri), is well known for its exceptional climate, its magical beaches, the change of sceneries,and some of the most important religious monuments of Crete. Our neighborhood is connected by bus to the city of Chania, but we strongly suggest that you have your own vehicle for your transportations (except airport transfers). We are connected to Chania, Souda port, the airport and the highway that communicates with the rest of Crete, by two roads 5-7 km. The airport is from here about 10 minutes, Chania 15-20 minutes depending on the traffic and Souda port about 15 minutes.
