Niko Summer House is a family house. We designed it in free Boho style to align with the piece and comfort of the Greece summer time, a house between the shadows of the olive fields and the beach coast of Kasandra, Halhidiki. Our private house allows you and your kids to play freely while you are having a barbeque or a rest in the garden. We welcome all of your loving pets. We possess all electrical devices to make your life easier, a TV cable with more than 10 languages to entertain you, a strong Wi-Fi connection for home office facilities, hot water, an outside summer shower, and a wonderful relaxing terrace. Niko Summer House is close to Thessaloniki city and at the same time to the best beach on Kassandra's leg called the Stone Beach because of the most incredible small stones all around the beach.

We are a family, which loves having fun and enjoying life. Last summer we decided to spend it at our family house. We fall in love with the piece and relaxation of the place. We renovated it, made it how we would enjoy it, and decided to share it with friends and you! We love Nature, love pets, and understand the importance of sustainability. Part of each reservation will be donated to the area to improve, develop economically and support the domestic market.

Niko Summer House is located on the first leg of Halkidiki called Kassandra about 30 min away from the capital of the sweets - Thessaloniki city. In the town, you can visit the White Tower, the Saint Sofia church, the Castle, and the fortress wall, and enjoy a tour of the touristic hop on & hop off bus, which will charge you with the spirit of natural Greek mood. Closely, there is the Anthropological Museum & Cave of Petralona. The area is full of small ancient villages, spread all along the coast, with small narrow streets, open markets, and delicious traditional food. Such places are Afytos, Hanioti, Kallithea, etc. which are around a 30 - 45 min drive from our house. Close is also the famous yacht resort “Sani” where you can enjoy the beach and get to a fancy seafood restaurant. Last but not least, Niko Summer House is located close to the crossroad, which leads to the second leg of Halkidiki.
