The house is a luxurious maisonette (95 sq.m.) of high aesthetic standards located in a quiet location on top of the hill of Tripiti village with exceptional panoramic view of Adamantas (Adamas) bay.
Trypiti vilage just two kilometers south of Plaka boasting landscape views over the Gulf of Milos (facing Klima beach) due to its altitude and placement on the side of the hill. It is next to two revered sights of the island, namely the Ancient Catacombs and the Ancient Roman Theater of Milos.
The traditional village of Tripiti is located within a walking distance from the capital of the island (Plaka) and 8 minutes by car from the port of Adamantas. It stands on a hill sloping down the sea with panoramic view of Adamantas bay. The village with a rich history was particularly prosperous during the Classical and Hellenistic periods and took its name from the soft volcanic rock, which gives the impression of having being holed from natural erosion. The village offers number of choices of quality restaurants, taverns and snack bars. Highly recommended sightseeing in the village includes amongst others the ancient theatre, the catacombs, the scenic windmills and the church of St Nicholas.
