Offering a garden, Neapoli Villas offers accommodation in Neapoli Laconias just 20 meters from the beach, offering a unique panoramic view to the beautiful island of Elafonisos. All villas consist of three levels, connected by internal staircase. The main entrance of each villa is on the second level, while guests can have access to the surroundings from the first level as well. All villas feature large indoor open spaces such as a terrace and a courtyard for exclusive use in addition to a public, open-space area maintaining direct contact with the natural environment. All villas feature spacious rooms, large living rooms with an open-plan, modern and well-equipped kitchen, a barbeque, laundry washing machine, sunbeds and beach umbrellas, offering visitors comfort and a unique sense of hospitality. Guests can find beaches such as Varko, Pounta and Pavlopetri nearby and enjoy excursions at Kastania Cave, the Petrified Forest or Monemvassia Castle. The area is popular for climbing, snorkeling and diving. Elafonisos is 6 km from Neapoli Villas. The nearest airport is Kithira Airport, 28 km from the property. Please note that the journey to/from the airport includes a ferry.

On the southeastern shore of the Laconian Gulf, 115 kilometers from the capital of Sparta, is the seaside town of Neapoli. The most southern town of mainland Greece is located on the Voiai ancient city, in a calm and wind sheltered bay. While its maritime tradition is still much in evidence, Neapoli has also grown to become a popular holiday destination with clean, beautiful beaches. There are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants specializing in seafood, including the local speciality, grilled octopus. Villages, that have retained much of their original character, are spread out along the surrounding mountainsides.
