The apartment is recently renovated and has a magnificent sea view. The location is itself important since it is situated at the centre of the city and guests can find beach ,restaurants, mini markets, shops , the aquarium, the historic Old Town within walking distance.

The area is peaceful at the morning and vibrant at night due to the existence of plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Across the entrance of the building is the beach where guests can swim. The area is also very popular for people who engage into running or walking activities.
