Villa“Melissa”is a 260sm house on 3 levels that can accommodate up to 12 people. It is located in the middle of the distance of the village of Tsagarada and the famous beach of Mylopotamos. This is about 5 minutes by car. Either for the village or for the beach. In village you will find everything you want .Supermarket, butcher shop, grocery store , pharmacy, medical office ... You can also visit the very beautiful and picturesque villages of Milies, Zagora, Horefto, Agia Kyriaki, Makrinitsa, Damouchari, Portaria and many more , in less than 1 hour drive. Ask me about walking in ours wonderful paths . The villa has three levels. On the first level, the entrance, the spacious kitchen with fridge-wardrobe, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and all the equipment of a modern home, even a mixer. Dining room for 8 people and corner living room with huge fireplace and 42” TV. Also the necessary WC. Incredible view of the Aegean from the balcony. On -1 level the 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with a large double bed and one with a large double and a single bed and 2 bathrooms. One of which is inside the room for 3 people. If you are more than 7 (which is also the recommended number of guests for greater comfort and use of all common areas at the same time by everyone) there is also the -2 level which is a very nicely designed basement and has the 4th very large bedroom with 2 doubles and a single bed and its own bathroom and thus we reach the maximum capacity of the villa which is 12 people. On the first level of the house where the living room with the dining room, the kitchen and the balcony towards the sea are located, it is not used as a sleeping area, so you have a comfortable and pleasant stay without disturbing those resting in the bedrooms. On the balcony there is still a dining room outdoor side by BBQ.
