About this property

Featuring a rooftop terrace with a pool and sun loungers, Langas Villas offers far-reaching views of the caldera, neighbouring islands and sunset. The property is in picturesque Imerovigli, known as the Balcony of Santorini. With a private balcony, the spacious, Cycladic-style apartments and suites offer a kitchen, lounge and dining room, and private bathroom. Each is air-conditioned and the suites provide a spa bath. A choice of breakfast items is served on the private balcony or rooftop terrace. There is free Wi-Fi throughout and laptops can be borrowed. Beach towels are available and the reception can organise boat and bus tours and car rental. A guest car park is located a few metres from Langas Villas, which is easily accessible to persons with limited mobility. Fira town centre is 2 km away.

Langas Villas has been established 24 years ago.The owners are Nicholas and Anna Langadas, which we have ran the business together as a team. As it is family run, we like to accommodate our guests as part of our family, taking care of all their needs once they are staying with us. We enjoy meeting people from all over the world which gives us a special feeling and appreciation as it is a privilege to have so many different guests under the same roof.

Property information

Langas Villas is a small boutique hotel which is located on the very top of the caldera, in the village of Imerovigli, hence there are no steps down the hill and our location is perfect for senior guests and families. As a family run business, all staff members are very dedicated in serving and caring for all our guests needs, making sure that they spend their holidays at Langas Villas an unforgettable vacation.

Neighbourhood information

Very close to restaurants and cafes, unique views all along the caldera with beautiful sunsets. Small tourist shops and supermarkets in the village.
