“KINĪ Terra” is a restored two-story medieval stone house with strong historic character and all modern amenities. It is an ideal retreat for families or groups of up to 7 guests seeking an authentic experience in the heart of Chios. The home includes two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, an open wardrobe, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds that expand into doubles, along with generous storage space and air conditioning. The spacious living room includes a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. There are two bathrooms available. The main bathroom on the ground floor is fully equipped with a shower and a heating unit for added comfort during the colder months. The second, smaller bathroom on the upper floor provides additional convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils for home cooking. Additionally, the upper floor includes a kitchenette area with a sink and an extra fridge for added ease. The living room blends traditional and modern elements, offering a TV, sofa bed, and free WiFi throughout the home. A washing machine and a quiet desk area on the ground level are also available, making the space suitable for remote work. Outdoor spaces include a private courtyard with an outdoor shower and seating, a balcony off one of the bedrooms with a small table, and a rooftop terrace (only under strict supervision in the presence of small children) with scenic views of the village and Chios landscape. Although there are no shops in the village, you will still find everything you need, like supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and more in Nenita Village, just 3 minutes away by car. You can also buy fresh bread, fruits, or fish from local sellers passing by with their trucks some days of the week. Koini enjoys an ideal location near the famous Mastiha villages of Pyrgi, Mesta, and Olympoi. Some of Chios’ most beloved beaches are just a short drive away: the beach in Nenita is only 5 minutes by car, Agia Fotia around 17 minutes, and Komi about 15 minutes. Koini’s location makes it an ideal base for exploring the island’s coastline.
