The apartments and studios “Kavos Melissa” are located about 600 metres from the beach of Agios Pavlos and 200 metres from the beach of Sandhills. It is built on a hill and has panoramic view of the Bay and the coast. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony and they all have sea view. All studios are fully furnished and they have a private WC with shower. They are equipped with kitchenette, TV, air conditioning with cold or warm air and solar water heater. In the area of the complex there is a separate 50 m2 interior space and a veranda of the same size, which are available for various activities, and it can serve Yoga groups, artistic or other groups. It can also be used as a Conference Hall.
