My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. I have the full management of all the villas that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. Iniada Villas are 2 newly built sister villas. Each sits on a 2000 m2 plot, has its own private pool and outdoor area with large lawned garden. The guests of Iniada Villas can also benefit from the facilities and VIP services provided by a nearby 5* hotel. The owner will provide more information upon arrival. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15euros per night per villa from April to October and 4 euros per night per villa from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Iniada Villas are located just outside of Kalyves village, on the doorstep of the soft golden sands of Kyani Akti beach. The beach offers organised facilities of sunbeds and umbrellas along with a taverna. A good supermarket is just 10 minutes walk ( 850m) from the villa so you will never run out of supplies. Calyces village is about 2.5 kms away and has many amenities, tavernas and restaurants so you don’t have to go far to find all you need.
