The living room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities like an oven, coffee machine, washing machine, and dining table. This floor also houses a serene bedroom with a double bed, Tv and wardrobe, featuring its own balcony overlooking the pool, and a bathroom with a shower. To enhance comfort and convenience, the pool area also features a bathroom, perfect for those enjoying their time by the water.
