The Villa is only 5’ away from the nearest beach by car but your private outdoor 6m jacuzzi/ spa/ pool seems always a great idea! Your children will love it playing on the lawn garden while you are relaxing in its lounge! Hi! I am Michalis and I am co-owner of our family vacation villa along with my brother Petros. We both grew up in Thessaloniki, Greece, but nowadays I am permanently living in Athens and working in an international pharmaceutical company, while my brother continues living in Thessaloniki and managing his own jewellery company. Like many residents of Thessaloniki, our family acquired this beautiful vacation villa for short or long getaways all year long. The villa, which was built in 1992, has been fully renovated in 2012 & 2019 in order to provide high quality services to us and our customers. Unfortunately, due to my relocation & my brother's highly demanding job, we couldn't enjoy this property regularly any more.. And that's why we decided to rent it, but only to selective guests that could respect and afford it!
