We may not be a hotel, which means that there is no room service or day by day cleaning of the rooms - nonetheless the apartment will be extremely clean upon the time of your arrival and it is up to your hand to keep it free from dirt - but we make sure to provide you all the sheets and towels you may need. Need more or want to wash your laundry? There is a washing machine inside, plus tablets, if you want to use. Look at the bright side. No one will bother you during your staying – it will be like you have your own personal vacation house! You are been provided with water, coffee machine (coffee and sugar included), toilet paper, cleaning products, and for your personal hygiene as well - shampoo, shower gel, even soap. Rental Agreement - Safety Rules To avoid additional charges, the followings are disclosed: 1. Please do not separate the key from the power card in any circumstances for safety reasons. 2. The white towels of each apartment are for exclusive use within the spaces of the apartment and note that sunblock and makeup destroy them. In such cases there will be applied a charge. 3. Please do not throw papers or any other objects in the toilet bowl - there is a special tray for garbage collection in the bathroom. 4. You have to get rid off your garbage before departure for avoiding being charged a cleaning fee. 5. No guests beside the ones at the check-in are permitted inside the apartment - you could be charged for them as extra persons staying. 6. Please mind that pets aren’t allowed inside the apartment and in general at the property as described in the initial rules that you agreed before the reservation. 7. Checkout takes place at the check-in area and it will be arranged either during the check-in or the prior day of the departure. For checkout between 11:00 to 12:00 there will be applied an extra charge with no exceptions. After 12:00 there will be applied a full charge.©
